Alejandra Martinez is a Tejana writer, scholar, and archivist. Her interests include archives, digital stewardship, metadata management, and digital preservation strategies - specifically for A/V materials and special collections. She earned her two Bachelor degrees and Masters of Science in Information Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. When she’s not thinking through preservation practices or metadata schemas, you can find her reading a good book, watching a David Lynch film, or writing about pop-culture at your local coffee shop.

Thanks for writing!
